1. Minimum age
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum legal age for tobacco purchase in your jurisdiction, if higher) to browse, purchase, or receive products from us. By placing an order you certify that you meet this requirement and that the products are for your own personal use and not for resale or for delivery to anyone underage.
2. How we verify age
- At checkout — you must affirmatively acknowledge that you are of legal age. We record this acknowledgement together with a timestamp and IP address.
- At delivery — our courier verifies age in person. The recipient must present a valid, government-issued photo ID showing they are of legal age, and an adult of legal age must personally accept the order.
3. Delivery requirements
- orders are never left unattended, at a door, or with a third party;
- a legal-age adult must be present and provide ID at handoff;
- the courier may refuse delivery if no eligible adult is present, if valid ID is not provided, if the ID appears altered or does not match, or if the recipient appears intoxicated; and
- refused or undeliverable orders are handled under our Delivery & Refund Policy.
4. No sales to minors
We do not sell to anyone under the legal age, and it is unlawful to purchase tobacco products on behalf of a minor. Providing false information about your age or identity is a violation of our Terms of Service and may be unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to report suspected violations to the appropriate authorities.
