Cigars Valet, operated by Cigars Valet LLC, delivers cigars on demand by local courier. This policy explains where and how we deliver, and how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Serviceable area
We deliver within our current serviceable area only. Your address is checked at checkout; if it falls outside the area we serve, we are unable to complete the order. Serviceable areas may change over time.
2. Minimum order, fees & timing
- a minimum order subtotal of $100.00 applies;
- a delivery fee and an estimated delivery time are quoted live at checkout before you pay;
- once your order is on its way, you receive a tracking link and status updates.
3. Age verification at delivery
Every delivery requires in-person age verification. A legal-age adult must be present to accept the order and present a valid, government-issued photo ID. We never leave orders unattended. See our Age Verification Policy for full details.
4. Failed or refused deliveries
If the courier cannot complete the delivery — for example, no eligible adult is present, valid ID is not provided, or the recipient appears intoxicated — the order will not be handed over and will be returned. We may refund the order subtotal; the delivery fee and any non-recoverable costs may be retained where permitted, and repeated failed attempts may affect future orders.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel an order any time before the courier picks it up, for a full refund. Because we only charge your card when a courier accepts the delivery, an order that is cancelled or never dispatched results in no charge (any authorization hold is released).
6. Refunds
Refunds are available for orders cancelled before pickup. Once an order has been picked up for delivery it generally cannot be returned or refunded, except as required by law. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
